Commercial Flooring We Install

Carpet Tile and Broadloom Carpet

The default office flooring for commercial spaces. Modular carpet tile in 50×50cm or 100×25cm planks allows spot replacement when damaged, faster install than broadloom, and better acoustic performance than hard surfaces. We install from value commercial tiles up to premium ranges from Interface, Milliken, Desso, Forbo, Modulyss, Burmatex, JHS, Heckmondwike, Paragon and Mohawk. Broadloom carpet for hotels, conference centres, premium residential and listed buildings where modular doesn’t suit.

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and Vinyl Plank

LVT is the fastest-growing commercial flooring category. Durable, waterproof, slip-resistant, dimensionally stable, suitable for almost every commercial environment including healthcare. Wood-effect and stone-effect designs allow premium aesthetic at significantly lower cost than the real material. We install Karndean, Amtico, Polyflor, Forbo Allura, Tarkett iD, Moduleo, Mannington Commercial glue-down and click-lock systems with proper subfloor preparation (latex smoothing compound to BS 8203).

Polished Concrete

Polished concrete delivers an industrial-modern aesthetic increasingly specified for retail, hospitality, gyms, luxury residential, breweries and gallery spaces. Existing concrete slab ground, sealed, densified and polished to one of several gloss levels (matt, satin, semi-gloss, high-gloss). Lower lifecycle cost than almost any other flooring once installed, but specification-critical not all concrete slabs are suitable for polishing.

Epoxy Resin Flooring

Epoxy and polyurethane resin systems for warehouses, food production facilities, central kitchens, pharmaceutical manufacturing, automotive workshops, garages, plant rooms, cold rooms, brewery floors, retail and decorative interior applications. Heavy-duty industrial epoxy for forklift-rated environments, anti-slip epoxy for wet areas, decorative metallic epoxy and 3D epoxy for premium retail and residential. We work with Sika, Mapei, Flowcrete (RPM), Resdev, BASF and other major resin manufacturers.

Anti-Slip Safety Flooring

Vinyl safety flooring for kitchens, bathrooms, hospital wet areas, food preparation areas, public buildings, and wet-process industrial environments. Welded seams and coved skirting create a continuous waterproof surface. Slip resistance rated to HSE’s Pendulum Test Value (PTV) and Ramp Test classifications. Altro, Polyflor SafeStep, Tarkett Granit Safe.T, Forbo Step are our default specifications.

Healthcare and Clinical Flooring

Welded vinyl with hot-air-welded seams and coved skirting up the wall for infection control in hospitals, clinics, dental practices, GP surgeries, IVF clinics, dialysis centres, veterinary practices, and laboratory environments. Antimicrobial-treated specifications, antistatic where required for operating theatres and electronics-sensitive areas. CQC-ready in the UK.

Raised Access Flooring

Modular raised floor systems for offices, data centres, control rooms, trading floors, government and embassy projects. Heights from 100mm to 1,200mm+ to accommodate cabling, services, BMS, air supply (under-floor air distribution) and floor-mounted comms cabinets. Steel-encapsulated, woodcore, cementitious-core and all-steel panel systems from Tate, Kingspan, Lindner, Inerco and Bathgate.

Sports Flooring

Multi-purpose sports hall flooring, dance and yoga studio flooring, gym free-weight area rubber flooring, indoor running track surfaces, basketball court flooring (point-elastic and area-elastic systems), squash court flooring, badminton court vinyl, school gym flooring. Junckers, Pulastic, Gerflor Taraflex, Mondo, Ecore and Pavigym are the standard specifications.

Anti-Static (ESD) Flooring

Electrostatic-dissipative flooring for server rooms, data centres, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, MRI rooms, fuel storage and explosive atmosphere environments. Conductive vinyl tile, conductive carpet tile, ESD-rated epoxy, conductive rubber, and conductive raised access floor finishes. Resistance values tested and certified to client requirements.

Engineered Timber Flooring

Engineered hardwood planks for premium offices, corporate boardrooms, retail, hospitality and luxury residential. Pre-finished and on-site finished options, herringbone and chevron patterns, wide-board specifications, oil-finished and lacquered. Junckers, Boen, Kahrs and bespoke specifications for heritage and luxury residential projects.

  2. Specification and design. Flooring type matched to traffic class (PEI rating for ceramic, EN 685 class for vinyl, BS EN 1264 for underfloor heating compatibility), aesthetic and budget. Sample boards and 3D visuals for client sign-off.

For most commercial office environments, carpet tile remains the most cost-effective hard-wearing solution — £25–£45/m² installed in London

A 100m² office takes 1–3 days for carpet tile, 2–5 days for LVT, 3–7 days for engineered timber, 7–14 days for polished concrete (including grinding and curing). A 500m² floor takes 4–8 days for carpet tile, 7–14 days for LVT, 10–21 days for natural stone tiling. Larger commercial flooring projects scale proportionally; subfloor preparation typically accounts for 30–50% of the programme time.

How much does LVT flooring cost installed in London?

Standard LVT supplied and installed typically £35–£70/m². Premium ranges (Karndean LooseLay, Amtico Signature, Forbo Allura Wood) £55–£110/m². Installation costs vary with subfloor condition smoothing compound preparation adds £8–£18/m².

What is epoxy flooring used for?

Epoxy resin floors are used wherever a seamless, hard-wearing, chemical-resistant, easy-to-clean floor is needed. Warehouses, food production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, automotive workshops, garages, plant rooms, central kitchens, breweries, retail and decorative interior. Substandard subfloor prep is the single biggest cause of flooring failure. We never skip it to save a day.

Do you supply the materials or only install?

Both. We supply direct from major manufacturers (Karndean, Amtico, Polyflor, Forbo, Interface, Milliken, Desso, RAK Ceramics, Atlas Concorde, Porcelanosa and others) at trade pricing, which is typically the most cost-effective route.
